NO RAIN REFUND POLICY 

Limited to customers who have signed up to, and registered their name, email address and wedding date. 

We will only accept an item back into stock and process the refund if it is still fully packaged, unused and undamaged. This assessment will be made by La Bella Wedding Umbrellas staff at the time and upon point of return.

If you purchase items from this website and don’t use those items you can return them to us at La Bella Wedding Umbrellas, Clifton Australia, 27 Vella Drive, Sunshine West, VIC, 3020 within 45 days from date of purchase for a 80% refund on the cost of the umbrellas.

The refund excludes the cost of the original shipping of the goods and is for the goods only. The customer will also be responsible for return delivery charges. 

This refund offer under the NO-RAIN REFUND POLICY specifically excludes any umbrellas that have been printed using the monogram printing offer. 

GUARANTEE POLICY

La Bella Wedding Umbrellas is a division of Clifton Australia that sells multiple brands of umbrellas in Australia and has been manufacturing umbrellas for many decades.

As a hand assembled product, a small percentage of umbrellas may be faulty. If an umbrella you have received is faulty, or develops a fault, La Bella Wedding Umbrellas will refund the cost of that umbrella (excluding any delivery costs) once you can provide photographic evidence of the fault via e-mail to sales@cliftonaustralia.com.

Wind damage, misuse or accidental damage does not constitute a faulty umbrella and if so assessed after examining the photograph no refund will be offered as a result.

WARRANTY POLICY

La Bella Wedding Umbrellas, as a subsidiary of Clifton Australia, offers a 24 Month Warranty from the date of purchase on all Clifton-branded umbrellas, other than model number A1-LF808 that carries a 12 Month Warranty.

Damage from misuse or accidental damage does not constitute a faulty frame.

A 12 month Frame Guarantee is also offered on Brellerz and Bobbie J umbrellas sold by La Bella Wedding Umbrellas.

Rainbird umbrellas carry no warranty period at all.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION

To register your product, please take a photo of your receipt showing the date of purchase and the back of your hang tag showing the barcode and email it to us at sales@cliftonaustralia.com

To make a claim, just email sales@cliftonaustralia.com with a clear picture of the fault and the handle, so that we can verify the model.

Prior to agreeing to a replacement product, La Bella Wedding Umbrellas retains the right to ask for the faulty product to be returned to us at 27 Vella Drive, Sunshine VIC 3020 along with a $10.00 postage fee for the replacement item to be sent you.
