Will my umbrellas arrive in time for my wedding?

We'll refund the cost of any faulty umbrella that you may encounter


How does the No Rain Refund work?

If you find there’s no need to use your umbrellas on your wedding day, return our umbrellas unused and in their original condition and you'll get 80% of your money back if posted 45 days from date of purchase! Excludes the cost of delivery and return, conditions apply 


What’s your returns policy?

If you purchase items from La Bella and don’t use the items you can return it to us at La Bella Wedding Umbrellas, Clifton Australia, 27 Vella Drive, Sunshine West, VIC, 3020 within 45 days from date of purchase for a 80% refund on the cost of the umbrellas.  The refund excludes the cost of the original shipping of the goods and is for the goods only. The customer will also be responsible for return delivery charges.  We will only accept the item back into stock if it is unused and undamaged.  This assessment will be made by La Bella Wedding Umbrellas staff at the time and upon point of return. This refund offer excludes any umbrellas that have been printed using the monogram printing offer.

 

What’s your Out of Stock Policy?

We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock" or remove the item on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order or the item may have just become "out-of-stock" from a previous order. Should this happen, we will shall be in contact directly with you via phone or e-mail to discuss your order.

Your options will include:
* Selecting an alternate product
* Postponing your whole order delivery until all items can be sent in one delivery
* Cancelling your order for that product or products
* Cancelling your full order

According to your selection, any refund or additional payment will be processed via your credit card or payment method used in the transaction.

How do I access my lifetime discount on www.umbrellas.com.au?

After purchasing your umbrellas from La Bella, you will receive a discount code that will be applicable at checkout at www.umbrellas.com.au

What’s your shipping policy?

Unless otherwise specified at time of order, your order will be dispatched using Standard Shipping. La Bella Wedding Umbrellas offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $300.00. For orders under $300.00 a charge of $22 is added to the order for the cost of standard shipping.

Do you offer express shipping?

La Bella Wedding Umbrellas will quote on sending your order (if over $300) via Express Shipping based on your location and time requirements and will get you to pre-pay the quoted Express Shipping cost over the phone  (accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express) to minimise delays of dispatch. We sincerely apologise if the express shipping services cannot meet your deadline, however with last minute orders, not all areas of Australia can be reached in time.
