Unless otherwise specified at time of order, your order will be dispatched using Standard Shipping.

* La Bella Wedding Umbrellas offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $300.00
* For orders under $300.00 a charge of $10 is added to the order for the cost of standard shipping.
* Standard delivery times listed are estimates for orders made prior to 12 noon Monday to Friday.
* Melbourne and Suburbs 1 to 2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
* Country Victoria 2 to 4 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
* Sydney and Suburbs 1 to 2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
* Country NSW and A.C.T. 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
* Adelaide and Suburbs 1 to 2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)

We do not ship directly to Islands off the coast of Australia (except Tasmania) or overseas.

La Bella Wedding Umbrellas will quote on sending your order via Express Shipping based on your location and time requirements and will get you to pre-pay the quoted Express Shipping cost over the phone (accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express) to minimize delays of dispatch. We sincerely apologise if the express shipping services cannot meet your deadline, however with last minute orders, not all areas of Australia can be reached in time.
WAREHOUSE PICKUP
La Bella Wedding Umbrellas allows warehouse pickup from Clifton Australia, 27 Vella Drive, Sunshine West, Victoria (approximately a 15 to 20-minute drive from the Melbourne CBD) by pre-arrangement only and strictly during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but excluding public holidays. Pickup day and time and the name of the person collecting the order must be nominated at time of order. Please call 1800 036 161 (free call) to arrange any pickup.
