Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags are still attached

The item is returned in its original packaging

You provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Consumer Guarantees (Faulty or Damaged Goods)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item:

Is significantly different from its description or sample

Is not fit for its intended purpose
In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs (if applicable) and ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Sale items (or gift cards)

Custom or personalised products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email info@labellaumbrellas.com.au.
International Orders (including EU Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days, for any reason, under the EU cooling-off period. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

No-Rain Refund
This policy supplements, and does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We understand that weather can be unpredictable - and sometimes, that means it was perfectly clear skies on your special day! That’s why we offer our exclusive No-Rain Refund Policy, designed especially for couples who didn't need to use their umbrellas at all.
To Be Eligible:
To take advantage of this policy, you must:

Register your purchase by providing your full name, email address and wedding date at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase.

Ensure items remain unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
-
Return the items within 45 days of the original purchase date.
Important Details:

Returned items will be inspected by our team upon arrival. Only umbrellas that are still fully packaged with hang tags attached, unused, and in resaleable condition will be accepted for refund.

Qualifying refunds will be processed for 80% of the original umbrella product price.

Shipping costs (original and return) are not included in the refund and are the responsibility of the customer.

Umbrellas that have been monogram printed or customised are not eligible for this refund policy.

This policy supplements, and does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Warranty Policy
At La Bella Wedding Umbrellas, a subsidiary of Clifton Australia, we take pride in the quality and durability of our umbrella collections. To provide you with added peace of mind, we offer product warranties as outlined below:
Warranty Coverage

Clifton-Branded Umbrellas:
Covered by a 24-Month Warranty from the date of purchase.
Note: Model A1-LF808 carries a 12-Month Warranty. -
Brellerz and Bobbie J Umbrellas:
Covered by a 12-Month Frame Guarantee. -
Rainbird Umbrellas:
No warranty is offered on Rainbird products sold by La Bella Wedding Umbrellas.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame and construction under normal use.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, or neglect

Accidental damage (e.g. damage caused by strong wind or force)
-
General wear and tear
-
Lost or stolen umbrellas
-
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Damage from misuse or environmental conditions does not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Warranty Registration
To register your product:

Take a clear photo of your receipt showing the date of purchase.

Take a photo of the barcode on the back of the hang tag.

Email both images to sales@cliftonaustralia.com with your name and contact details.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:

A photo of the handle to verify the model

Depending on the issue, we may request the return of the faulty product before approving a replacement.
If a replacement is approved, a $10.00 postage fee is required to ship the replacement umbrella.

Your Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We understand that, on rare occasions, faults can occur. Our Guarantee Policy ensures you're supported if that happens.
What’s Covered
If the umbrella you receive is found to be faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, we will issue a refund for the cost of the umbrella (excluding delivery costs) once the fault is confirmed.

What’s Not Covered

If the submitted photo indicates that the damage is due to one of the above causes, the claim will be respectfully declined.
