Warranty Policy
At La Bella Wedding Umbrellas, a subsidiary of Clifton Australia, we take pride in the quality and durability of our umbrella collections. To provide you with added peace of mind, we offer product warranties as outlined below:
Warranty Coverage

Clifton-Branded Umbrellas:
Covered by a 24-Month Warranty from the date of purchase.
Note: Model A1-LF808 carries a 12-Month Warranty. -
Brellerz and Bobbie J Umbrellas:
Covered by a 12-Month Frame Guarantee. -
Rainbird Umbrellas:
No warranty is offered on Rainbird products sold by La Bella Wedding Umbrellas.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame and construction under normal use.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, or neglect

Accidental damage (e.g. damage caused by strong wind or force)

General wear and tear
-
Lost or stolen umbrellas
-
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Damage from misuse or environmental conditions does not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Warranty Registration
To register your product:

Take a clear photo of your receipt showing the date of purchase.

Take a photo of the barcode on the back of the hang tag.

Email both images to sales@cliftonaustralia.com with your name and contact details.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:

A clear photo of the fault

A photo of the handle to verify the model

Depending on the issue, we may request the return of the faulty product before approving a replacement.
If a replacement is approved, a $10.00 postage fee is required to ship the replacement umbrella.

Your Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
