This policy supplements, and does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Guarantee Policy

At La Bella Wedding Umbrellas, a division of Clifton Australia, we proudly distribute and support multiple umbrella brands. With decades of experience in umbrella manufacturing and hand-assembly, our team is committed to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

We understand that, on rare occasions, faults can occur. Our Guarantee Policy ensures you're supported if that happens.


What’s Covered

If the umbrella you receive is found to be faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, we will issue a refund for the cost of the umbrella (excluding delivery costs) once the fault is confirmed.

To make a claim:

  1. Email sales@cliftonaustralia.com with:

    • Clear photographic evidence of the fault

    • Your order confirmation or proof of purchase

  2. Our team will review your claim and confirm eligibility for a refund based on the condition and nature of the fault.


What’s Not Covered

The following are not considered manufacturing faults and are not covered under this guarantee:

  • Wind damage

  • Misuse or rough handling

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

If the submitted photo indicates that the damage is due to one of the above causes, the claim will be respectfully declined.


Consumer Rights Notice

This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for goods that are defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose.
