No-Rain Refund


This policy supplements, and does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We understand that weather can be unpredictable - and sometimes, that means it was perfectly clear skies on your special day! That’s why we offer our exclusive No-Rain Refund Policy, designed especially for couples who didn't need to use their umbrellas at all.

To Be Eligible:

To take advantage of this policy, you must:

  • Register your purchase by providing your full name, email address and wedding date at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase.

  • Ensure items remain unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

  • Return the items within 45 days of the original purchase date.

Important Details:

  • Returned items will be inspected by our team upon arrival. Only umbrellas that are still fully packaged with hang tags attached, unused, and in resaleable condition will be accepted for refund.

  • Qualifying refunds will be processed for 80% of the original umbrella product price.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are not included in the refund and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Umbrellas that have been monogram printed or customised are not eligible for this refund policy.
