✨ What You’ll Need

To bring your vision to life, you’ll need a few essentials:

La Bella Wedding Umbrellas
- White Golf Umbrellas – approx. 1 per 1m²
- Clear Dome Umbrellas (bulk pack of 12) – approx. 1 per 0.7m²
Strong rope or white twine – to create a stable ceiling grid
Clear fishing line – for nearly invisible suspension
Warm white fairy lights – battery or mains-powered
Hooks, poles or marquee beams – to anchor your rope
Tulle, ribbons – to tie in your theme colours
LED tea lights (multiple sizes) – placed upright inside the canopy

🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Plan Your Layout

Measure the total area you want to cover.
Use 1 white umbrella per m², or 1 clear dome umbrella per 0.7m² for a denser look.
Sketch a simple grid to visualise your layout and ensure balanced coverage.

2️⃣ Create Your Rope Grid

Suspend rope tightly between stable anchors (trees, poles, hooks).
Aim for a height of around 2–2.5m above ground.
Crisscross to form a rope “ceiling” grid that your umbrellas will hang from.
Keep the rope taut to prevent sagging.

3️⃣ Attach Umbrellas Invisibly

Use clear fishing line, not clips, to maintain a clean, floating look.
Wrap the line securely around the metal shaft of each umbrella (just under the handle).
Tie the other end to the rope grid, adjusting heights to maintain even spacing.

4️⃣ Add Fairy Lights to the Grid

Instead of wrapping lights around the umbrellas, wind them around the rope itself.
This ensures:
